I am a Conditionally Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of Maine and have been helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families work on their mental health needs for several years. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Southern Maine and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts.

As a conditionally licensed clincal mental health counselor, my professional services are qualified for reimbursement from insurance plans. Some clients prefer to use their insurance, while others choose to pay out of pocket for counseling services
Insurance Accepted: MaineCare, Anthem BC/BS, and Harvard Pilgrim among other insurance plans. To see if your insurance is accepted please contact me.
Payment is due at the time of services, directly to me. Cash and personal checks are accepted.
Rates: $100 per 50-minute session. Sliding scale is available in some circumstances.
Cancellation Policy: I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying me 24 hours in advance, you are responsible for paying 100% of the session fee.
